Butter cabbage and grilled sausages


An extremely easy and quick greek, traditional, recipe for everyone! It seems a lot like the German sauerkraut.



First, you cook the sausages in the fry pan in 2 Tsp of butter. As soon as the sausage is ready, you take it out of the fry pan and keep it warm.


Ypu add in the pan 1/2 cabbage cut as if coleslaw, salt and pepper and 2Tsp white vinegar. You keep spinning the cabbage in the fry pan with a wooden spoon and feel it to wither. Continue cooking until the cabbage is soft and left only with butter.

Serve the cabbage and top with sausage or other grilled meat and accompany it with fresh chopped carrot topped with lemon drops. Mmm, so tasty!

Yoy may also serve this delicious cabbage with your burgers and steaks!
