Fresh green salad with cranberries and framboise vinegar
When I saw this vinegar on the shelves of the supermarket I could not resist! "I will take it," I said, "and I'll see what I'll do it!". And like all things ... it found its way.
For our salad today we will need one lettuce, one chopped fresh onion, tsaiv (chives), 5-6 fresh mint leaves, dried cranberries, salt, olive oil and, of course, vinegar-flavored framboise.
Certainly, you may ask where you will find all these materials. The answer is simple.I believe the super market near you or the deli shop has already all these staff. For more information, I am at your disposal! The composition of the plate is very simple.
Wash and cut the lettuce as you want and you put it in a deep bowl. You add the frsh chopped onion, the chopped mint and the tsaiv cut by hand. You add the cranberries, 1/2tsp salt, 2Tsp olive oil and 1Tsp vinegar.
Mix well the ingredients with your hands (it's a must!) and you're ready to serve.
You can still add basil or myrrh. I would not choose to add rocket because it has a "hard" taste and I do not think that match the fruity flavor of the cranberries. But, of course, if you prefer to try it you are free to do so! Taste is a subjective matter.
The salad fits very nicely with delicate flavors like baked pork and fillet! Kisses, Foteinoula
